The input and out lines are standard ½ inch, whose parts are available everywhere, in all plumbing hardware shops.
The filter has a 10 micron level long 20 inch cartridge chamber, which takes care to remove all dirt, dust and particulate iron. This filter can easily be changed by hand, without the need of any plumber.

Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) is a high-purity copper-zinc formulation that uses a basic chemical process known as redox (oxidation/reduction) to remove chlorine, lead, mercury, iron, and hydrogen sulphide from water supplies. The process also has a mild anti-bacterial, algaecide, and fungicide effect and may reduce the accumulation of lime scale.
The Whole tap blue cartridge also protects the expensive KDF Material for long use. Moreover, to clean the KDF filter, all you need to do is to fix it in reverse, every six months. With proper use, you can easily use it for 40,000 liters to 60,000 liters, before replacing it.
